Moving reminder items between different reminder lists: Tap on the item > Show More > List > Select a list
To delete multiple email messages, tap the Edit button on the top right and tap to select the messages you want to delete. Tap Delete.
Quick access to the camera: press the home button twice to activate the camera button (on the bottom right) without having to unlock your phone.

Calendar week view: rotate your phone in the default Calendar app to assess week view. Tap and hold a time slot to create or edit an event.
Scientific calculator: simply rotate your phone to landscape mode to turn the default Calculator app into a scientific calculator.
Hourly weather forecast: Simply tap the day to open up hourly forecast in the default Weather app.
Forward messages: open a message > tap Edit button on top right > select messages you want to forward > forward.
Send multiple photos by email or message: Photos > Album > Tap the More button on top right > Select photos > Share. Email is limited to 5 photos; Message is limited to 9 photos.
Use the built-in dictionary anywhere you can select text: Tap and hold to select a word > Define.
